Here, you will make an impact by: Performing the function of an internal and external auditor Identification of areas for improvement, implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verification of their effectiveness Conducting complaint processes Development, implementation and updating of quality documentation Continuous improvement of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements, Participation in new product and process implementation projects Validation of test methods Cooperation with other departments to continuously develop and improve the functioning of the factory Cooperation in the international arena, Ensuring the highest quality of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products Conducting training for employees in the scope of quality assurance requirements and methods of meeting them Representing the area during external audits Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Higher education, preferably technical Min. 3 years of experience in an independent position in the quality assurance department AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: Practical knowledge of ISO requirements 9001 as well as quality tools (8 D, FMEA, SPC, MSA) Knowledge of ISO13485, GMP requirements will be an additional asset Ability to think analytically, solve problems and make decisions Experience in using the SAP system is welcome Experience in validation of the manufacturing process, Experience in project implementation, participation in global projects Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written Very good computer skills (MS Office, Mini Tab) Very good communication skills Current, valid Driver’s License would be beneficial Work location: Onsite (4 day per week) Wrocław, Purification and Filtration Division Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1 B status).
