Tasks:

• Daily supervision of process and product quality,
• Solving quality-related issues and implementing corrective actions using various quality tools (Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto Chart, 8D),
• Participating in the preparation of quality documentation (FMEA, Control Plan) and creating as well as updating control instructions,
• Monitoring, reporting, and analyzing quality indicators,
• Improving the quality system to meet customer requirements and ensure the highest product quality,
• Participating in the change implementation process (reviewing changes, verifying the effectiveness of implemented actions),
• Leading projects aimed at improving scrap or FTQ performance,
• Conducting internal audits,
• Providing training sessions for production employees.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment (experience in the automotive or electronics industry is a plus),
• Higher technical education,
• Ability to communicate in English,
• Practical knowledge of quality tools,
• Ability to work in a team, strong analytical skills, openness to learning and continuous development,
• Very good command of the MS Office suite.
