What we expect

• higher education
• at least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• knowledge of quality systems(ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• familiarity with APQP, PPAP topics
• knowledge of CTQ, CTP, CTS, CPK, MSA processes
• ability to read technical drawings
• knowledge of production processes such as laser cutting, bending, welding
• communicative Polish and English
• reliability and accuracy in performing assigned tasks
• teamwork skills

Your tasks

• supervision and ensuring that the product meets all standards and is of high quality according to client requirements
• creating, preparing, and maintaining quality documentation for the client and the company
• preparing documentation for part calibration
• monitoring process parameters and product quality
• developing and implementing new quality solutions
• implementing actions aimed at reducing complaints
• overseeing complaints, implementing preventive and corrective actions
• supervising and managing the production process from a quality perspective
• preparing control plans and measurement reports
• continuously improving processes in terms of efficiency, costs, and qualit
