Your Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the project team in defining production quality control standards and creating procedures for new start-ups.
• Lead analysis of quality problems assigned to problem solving activities.
• Improve key quality indicators - scrap costs, line rejections, customer complaints.
• Oversee quality of dedicated products and processes.
• Introduce and ensure quality tools and standards in daily production.
• Maintain quality documentation - Control Plans, MSA Studies, Control Instructions.
• Provide quality training for production operators.

Our Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive quality department.
• Masters degree in a technical field.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of quality tools: FMEA, PDCA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, etc.
• Ability to define and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
