Quality Engineer
remote or hybrid (Kraków)

Hays IT Contracting is a cooperation based on B2B rules. We connect IT specialists with the most interesting, technological projects  on the market. For our client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Quality Engineer/ Product Robustness Engineer.
Our client holds a leading position as a technology company innovating at the intersection of disruptive trends in the automotive industry.  They use their portfolio of technologies to make vehicles safer, greener, and more connected and enable the future of mobility.

Work mode:  remote or hybrid (Kraków) 
Compensation:  up to 110 PLN/h net (+ VAT) 
Contract type:  B2B, through Hays PolandContract length:  long-term cooperation 
English:  min. B2

Basic requirements: 

• Interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Analytical skills to analyze technical data, identify trends and define priorities for design improvements
• Self‐motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines in the context of competing priorities and projects
• Effective presentation skills
• Fluent English (min. B2)
  
  
  Background/ Experience:
   
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical Engineering)
• 5+ years of experience in a technical role (Quality, Engineering)
• Competences in design of mechanical or electronics components
• Practical knowledge of FMEA tools and method
   
  
  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (DFMEA) of new products
• Facilitate DFMEA meetings
• Collaborate with all departments involved in development of new product (Product, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering)
• Ensure high quality of whole DFMEA activity and correct application of the method
