Your responsibilities Participate in and improve the entire service lifecycle – from inception and design through deployment, operation, and continuous improvement Take part in release planning, including reviewing functional specifications and creating test and release plans Collaborate closely with software engineers to design verification and test strategies Design, maintain, and review regression test suites with engineering and product teams Assess the quality, usability, and functionality of each software release Prepare regular reports on release status and software quality, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels Develop and maintain QA processes for assigned projects in alignment with overall quality goals Design and implement test automation strategies for multiple product development teams Lead and contribute to automation initiatives, including test design and code reviews Work closely with leadership and IT to support the design and implementation of the automation framework Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Quality Engineering, IT, and Product Operations teams to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality at scale Support and mentor team members, contributing to a culture of high performance, transparency, and continuous improvement Work on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders (Product, Development, DevOps) Participate in a global, diverse team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and clear priorities Our requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering / QA Hands-on experience with at least two testing tools or frameworks, such as Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, JMeter, Rest Assured Practical experience working with Python Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems Experience in API testing (REST) – both manual and automated Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases Experience working in an Agile environment Familiarity with issue and bug tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Optional Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Experience with performance testing and tools such as JMeter or Locust Ability to think abstractly and approach testing in a creative, non-standard way Experience in an advisory role, identifying technical and business problems and proposing effective solutions This is how we organize our work This is how we work you develop several projects simultaneously you focus on product development agile scrum Team members backend developer frontend developer fullstack developer devOps automated test programmer manual tester product owner project manager system analyst This is how we work on a project code review team-level deployment issue tracking tools functional tests regression tests test automation unit tests manual tests Development opportunities we offer industry-specific e-learning platforms mentoring space for experimenting substantive support from technological leaders time for development of your ideas What we offer multisport card private medical care Benefits sharing the costs of sports activities private medical care life insurance Klikając w przycisk „Aplikuj” lub w inny sposób wysyłając zgłoszenie rekrutacyjne, zgadzasz się na przetwarzanie Twoich danych osobowych przez Develocraft sp. z o.o. z siedzibą w: Grunwaldzka 472B, 80-309 Gdańsk (Pracodawca), jako administratora danych osobowych w celu przeprowadzenia rekrutacji na stanowisko wskazane w ogłoszeniu.
