responsibilities :
Participate in and improve the entire service lifecycle – from inception and design through deployment, operation, and continuous improvement
Take part in release planning, including reviewing functional specifications and creating test and release plans
Collaborate closely with software engineers to design verification and test strategies
Design, maintain, and review regression test suites with engineering and product teams
Assess the quality, usability, and functionality of each software release
Prepare regular reports on release status and software quality, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Develop and maintain QA processes for assigned projects in alignment with overall quality goals
Design and implement test automation strategies for multiple product development teams
Lead and contribute to automation initiatives, including test design and code reviews
Work closely with leadership and IT to support the design and implementation of the automation framework
Collaborate with Architecture, Engineering, Quality Engineering, IT, and Product Operations teams to accelerate delivery while maintaining high quality at scale
Support and mentor team members, contributing to a culture of high performance, transparency, and continuous improvement
Work on large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders (Product, Development, DevOps)
Participate in a global, diverse team of engineers, providing guidance, support, and clear priorities
requirements-expected :
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering / QA
Hands-on experience with at least two testing tools or frameworks, such as Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework, JMeter, Rest Assured
Practical experience working with Python
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems
Experience in API testing (REST) – both manual and automated
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience working in an Agile environment
Familiarity with issue and bug tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
