Your Scope Of Responsibilities
- Creating and supervising process documentation (including procedures, instructions, forms, etc.).
- Supervision of control and measuring equipment, performing laboratory analyses.
- Supervision and coordination of product quality audits.
- Analysis of complaints and preparing responses to customers.
- Organizing and conducting regular meetings regarding the analysis of recurring internal blocks and customer complaints, as well as preparing data for these meetings.
- Responding promptly to problems during production and resolving them.
- Supervision and verification of quality data in customer databases.
- Preparing specifications for customers using dedicated templates.
- Confirming the effectiveness of actions taken as part of complaint handling.
- Verifying goods in the warehouse for quality conformity and controlling returns from customers related to complaints.
- Verification of internal blocks, registering them in the SharePoint database, redirecting them to appropriate teams, and making decisions regarding further handling of blocked products (relating to production in the forming department).
- Analysis of quality status, preparing lists of products on hold, and communicating this information to interested parties.
- Conducting internal audits in accordance with implemented ISO9001 and BRCGS PMv7 standards.
- Participation in third‑party audits.
- Preparing quality analyses and statistics.
- Promoting customer requirement awareness, creating and developing a quality culture among employees.
Our Requirements
- Higher technical education, preferably in Quality Management.
- Experience in a manufacturing company in the field of Quality.
- Proficiency in Polish – required.
- English language skills at good level – required.
- Knowledge of the BRCGS Packaging Material v7 and ISO9001, HACCP standards.
- Experience in communicating with customers regarding process and product quality.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools.
- Sense of responsibility, diligence, assertiveness.
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills.
- Driving license.
