Responsibilities
Assuring that the quality management system is being implemented and followed.
Ensuring Quality Policy, QMS and quality objectives are being implemented and followed.
Monitoring the performance of the quality teams and quality inspectors, updating and reporting quality progress and assuring quality objectives are being met and fulfilled.
Responsible for updating and monitoring all quality related databases, final documentation and creating statistics for meetings and evaluation of progress.
Ensuring that approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) are developed prior to the start of each job.
Required Experience
5+ years of Experience as On-Site QA/QC Manager for Electrical and Instrumental installations for Oil and Gas industry.
Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package. Familiar with other computer packages (e.g., MS Project, Outlook, etc.).
Able to work autonomously and in a team.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization skills in regards to team organization, daily planning, advanced planning, activity planning, and experience in final documentation handover.
Experience in managing and handling MS, QCP, ITPs, NCR, RFI, TQ, PL, TBT, MoM and experience in managing all electronic and hard copy archives.
Excellent communication skills in order to liaise with colleagues, clients, and management.
Active participation in preparation of calculation needs in terms of the Contract.
