As a Tester, you’ll be at the forefront of testing next-generation public facing, social media applications for a multinational technology company. Your primary focus will be on validating the Family of Applications on different platforms (mobile and desktop) for functional, system, integration and nonfunctional testing requirements. This is a hands‑on testing role where precision, curiosity, and a passion for quality are key.

Location and Work Mode

• Work week from Sunday to Thursday
• Hybrid module of work from Gdańsk

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed test plans for web‑based and device‑based applications/features (social media applications and their software features).
• Perform manual and automated testing across multiple platforms (mobile, desktop based).
• Identify, isolate, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and logs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to triage issues and verify fixes.
• Maintain test environments and manage test data for repeatable validation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 3‑10 years of experience in software/hardware testing or QA roles.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.
• Experience in test management, defect management activities and related tools.
• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, pytest) is a plus.
• Good understanding of application management processes – Software development, DevOps, deployments, quality assurance.
• Familiarity with social media applications, platforms and media is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders (biz, dev, infra, security etc).

• Knowledge of social media application features, system integrations.
• Comfort working in fast‑paced, experimental environments.
