Quality Assurance Manager

Your responsibilities

• Oversee quality management systems and control processes
• Develop and implement HACCP programs
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits
• Manage supplier quality and raw material compliance
• Maintain documentation, BRC certification, and crisis plans
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams

Our requirements

• Fluent English language essential
• Experience with UK retailers will be an advantage
• A bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, or a related field is required
• Experience and knowledge of food safety regulations, quality management systems, and auditing principles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Team player, motivated, organised
