Ensure delivery of all aspects of food safety, quality & legality
Lead the Food Safety Culture programme across site
Work with all site functions to ensure everyone understands and lives by the right values, behaviours and actions
Ensure we continue to deliver competitive advantage for company by delivering products to meet the highest standards and delight customers and consumers
Play an active role in shaping and delivering initiatives in support of the broader end-to-end supply chain strategy
Support and drive specific technical initiatives
Work closely across a broad network of internal and external teams
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in the food industry in the area of quality or food technology
Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication
Strong process management skills
Solid functional and technical skills
Strong drive for delivering results and achieving objectives
Ability to motivate and inspire others to perform at their best
Competence in building and leading effective teams
Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of how the business works, making the right connections
Highly collaborative working style, with a focus on collective leadership
