QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER – FOOD INDUSTRY (K/M)
Obowiązki
- Lead the Technical function to enable the Supply Chain to be compliant in all relevant legislation and guidance
- Ensure delivery of all aspects of food safety, quality & legality
- Lead the Food Safety Culture programme across site
- Work with all site functions to ensure everyone understands and lives by the right values, behaviours and actions
- Ensure we continue to deliver competitive advantage for company by delivering products to meet the highest standards and delight customers and consumers
- Play an active role in shaping and delivering initiatives in support of the broader end-to-end supply chain strategy
- Support and drive specific technical initiatives
- Work closely across a broad network of internal and external teams
Wymagania
- Experience in the food industry in the area of quality or food technology
- Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication
- Strong process management skills
- Solid functional and technical skills
- Strong drive for delivering results and achieving objectives
- Ability to motivate and inspire others to perform at their best
- Competence in building and leading effective teams
- Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of how the business works, making the right connections
- Highly collaborative working style, with a focus on collective leadership
- Natural self-confidence and self-awareness, combined with the ability to think and act situationally
