About the role

• Take ownership of Sollers’ QA & Testing Competency, defining its vision, roadmap and strategic direction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on QA strategy, test automation, performance engineering, and quality governance.
• Represent Sollers as a QA subject-matter expert in client meetings, discovery sessions, workshops and assessments.
• Co‑create high-quality presales materials, value propositions, case studies and insights together with Sales and Delivery teams.
• Lead thought‑leadership initiatives on modern quality engineering trends, including AI in testing and advanced automation.
• Build and maintain internal QA methodologies, accelerators, frameworks and knowledge assets.
• Mentor consultants, support capability development, and foster a strong QA community inside the organisation.
• Support delivery teams in designing QA architectures, defining testing approaches, and ensuring quality alignment across projects.
• Collaborate with other competency areas (Cloud, AI, DevOps, Data) to design integrated testing and quality engineering solutions.

About the requirements

• Proven experience in QA leadership roles, ideally within an Agile or consulting environment.
• Strong background in quality engineering, test automation, or performance testing combined with solid business understanding.
• Experience delivering QA strategies or large‑scale testing initiatives for enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (business + technical audiences).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills (at least C1 level).
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams as well as independently.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.

Nice to haves

• Experience building or scaling QA Centers of Excellence.
• Exposure to cloud‑based testing solutions or cloud‑native architectures.
• Experience in test automation strategy, test data management or data quality.
• Understanding of financial services ecosystems (insurance, banking, fintech).
• Experience mentoring or managing QA teams.
• Fluency in an additional language, preferably French or German.
• Background in consulting or IT implementation, especially within the insurance sector.
