At this moment we are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer for our office in Lodz who already feels strong in manual testing , is a problem solver and likes out-of-the-box approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Configuring systems and applications to meet project and operational requirements, ensuring compliance with established standards and guidelines.
• Collaborating with external teams by creating and managing detailed tickets, providing clear documentation of issues, requirements, and follow-ups to facilitate efficient resolution and alignment.
• Assisting in the investigation and analysis of reported issues, identifying root causes and contributing to effective solutions.
• Communicating status updates and findings to relevant stakeholders clearly and promptly, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the resolution process.
• Ensuring that applications reach the highest level of quality, following agreed security standards.
• Participating in Scrum meetings as required and validating the completion of work assignments.
• Performing other duties as assigned by Manager.

Qualifications:

Education:

Preferred: Bachelors

Experience:

Required: 1 year of experience in software testing or a relevant combination of education and experience.

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of programming languages and programming tools (SQL, C#/VB.NET/Java/PHP) will be an asset.
• Strong analytical skills, with an aptitude for breaking down complex problems into manageable components.
• Ability to work independently and provide excellent follow-through on tasks is essential.
