As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our VCS solutions. You will be a valuable part of a cross-functional team that includes system architects, PLC automation engineers, and the Commissioning team, to ensure seamless integration of software components and deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
In this role, you will play an instrumental role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative solutions through meticulous manual testing and active involvement in test automation efforts. You will be responsible for understanding requirements, designing and executing manual test cases, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating closely with the development team. Additionally, you will have the possibility to contribute to the automation strategy and participate in the development and maintenance of automated tests.
In this role, you will report to the Lead of VCS Platform Development Team.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on manual testing with additional automated testing, including experience with testing software interacting with physical hardware.

responsibilities :

Full-Spectrum Testing: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies encompassing both manual and automated testing techniques.
Integration with CI/CD Pipelines: Integrate automated test scripts into the Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipeline to ensure continuous quality assurance.
Defect Management: Identify, document, track, and verify defects with clear and concise steps to reproduce. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
Performance Testing: Collaborate with performance engineers or contribute to basic performance testing efforts using relevant tools.
