• Tworzenie, utrzymywanie i doskonalenie Systemu Zarządzania Jakością zgodnie z wymaganiami norm ISO oraz wytycznymi organizacji
• Tworzenie, wdrażanie oraz nadzór nad dokumentacją
• Udział w audytach systemu jakości oraz klientów zewnętrznych
• Planowanie i prowadzenie audytów wewnętrznych, procesu i produktu
• Monitorowanie działań korygujących i zabobiegawczych oraz doskonalenie procesów w firmie
• Tworzenie i aktualizowanie raportów jakościowych
• Prowadzenie szkoleń dla pracowników
• Monitorowanie i ocena procesów w celu identyfikacji obszarów wymagających usprawnienia
• Bieżąca współpraca z innymi działami firmy oraz komunikacja z oddziałami zagranicznymi w ramach realizacji zadań

Nasze wymagania

• Minimum 2-letnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku
• Znajomość wymagań norm systemów zarządzania (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018)
• Umiejętność przeprowadzania audytów jakościowych i analizy wyników
• Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym w mowie i piśmie
• Znajomość narzędzi i metod zarządzania jakością, takich jak FMEA, 5WHY, PDCA, 8D, Ishikawa itp.

Mile widziane

• Znajomość metodologii APQP/PPAP i narzędzi typu MSA, SPC
• Doświadczenie w pracy z system SAP ERP
