We’re looking for a talented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team of manual and automation testers.
In this role, you’ll focus on designing and executing high-quality test scenarios — both manual and automated — while improving and maintaining existing test coverage.
Your work will directly strengthen our regression testing process, ensuring we deliver reliable, top-quality software all the time.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate closely with Software Development and Product teams to design and execute manual tests for current features and upcoming releases
- Suggest and implement new testing strategies, tools, and quality metrics
- Identify, document, and track bugs effectively
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and testing procedures
What you need to be able to do the job:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices
- Excellent analytical and planning skills
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Proven ability to write clear, structured test plans and cases
- Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and issue tracking platforms (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with both white box and black box testing
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
- A positive, proactive team player mindset
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Test automation skills (e.g., Cucumber, Selenium)
- Previous experience in the FX industry or similar IT field
- ISTQB certification
- Knowledge of container technologies, orchestration, and microservices
