Job Overview

Quality Assurance Engineer is instrumental in upholding product quality through automated and manual testing. As a member of the development team, the QAE influences all development stages, contributing to requirements, automated testing, and overall quality assurance. Daily responsibilities include collaboration with team members, performing manual tests, and verifying new releases. The role also involves creating and maintaining automated tests for optimal functionality.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and security.
• Conduct functional, smoke, and regression testing.
• Identify and report issues found during testing.
• Ensure application compatibility across different browsers, devices, and platforms.
• Evaluate the user interface and user experience to ensure best usability for end users.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Ensure that testing scenarios align with business objectives and user expectations.
• Develop, expand and maintain automated test scripts.
• Verify existing tests.
• Add optimal end‑to‑end test coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in writing automated tests in Selenium, Playwright or similar framework.
• Experience in testing cloud applications, debugging tools and analysis of stack traces, code, log‑files and other data.
• English proficiency (B2 or above).

Nice to Have

• Experience in C#, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, SQL.
• Knowledge of Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS patterns.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure Cloud services.
• Experience with Python.
