What daily challenges are waiting for you?

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests primarily using Playwright (TypeScript).
• Execute manual functional and regression tests to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues.
• Participate in agile development processes including daily stand‑up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Conduct exploratory testing to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Verify and validate software requirements through functional and regression testing.
• Analyze and report software defects to development teams using the JIRA bug tracking tool.
• Document test results and provide feedback to QA Team Lead on software quality.
• Identify areas of improvement in the software development process and recommend solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Other ad‑hoc tasks requested by the line manager.

What you need to be successful in this role?

• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar QA Automation role.
• Strong working knowledge of at least one modern programming language (preferably TypeScript or JavaScript).
• Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Knowledge of software development principles and methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery tools such as Jenkins or Travis CI.
• Understanding of software testing concepts such as unit testing, integration testing, and acceptance testing.
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
• Knowledge of browser and device compatibility testing.
• Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of test case management and defect tracking tools such as JIRA.
