We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (Automation) Specialist to design and implement QA models, processes, and automation tools for the development of mobile banking features within our mobile app and web banking portal. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and efficiency of our digital banking solutions through innovative automation strategies.

• Proven experience in QA automation for mobile and web applications (3+ years preferred)
• Strong knowledge of automation tools such as Mockito, Selenium, Appium, Katalon or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of Postman and API automation testing
• Experience designing QA processes, test strategies, and quality models in a financial or banking environment
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation purposes
• Understanding of mobile app testing (iOS/Android) and web application testing best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams to improve overall product quality
  
• Proficiency in English at a strongly conversational level (C1)  
• Flexibility to work on Sundays and holidays, aligning with client working hours (Sunday–Thursday workweek in Saudi Arabia)

? Bonus Points For: 

• Experience in designing digital customer journeys (UX testing focus)
• Background working with corporate clients in the Persian Gulf region
• Familiarity with banking products, compliance, or financial process design
