What we expect

• A degree in Chemical education or a related field, showcasing a strong academic foundation in the subject.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, with a role as an ISO 9001 representative being a significant advantage.
• Interest and/or experience in team management or Project Management, demonstrating leadership skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, ideally with experience in SAP, coupled with a sound knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English, both spoken and written, to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• A structured and organized approach to work, with the ability to operate independently and take responsibility for tasks.
• A demonstrated enjoyment of teamwork, coupled with flexibility and reliability as core values in your professional approach.

Your tasks

• establishing and overseeing the site Management System, ensuring compliance with relevant certifications and standards.
• ensuring the quality of manufactured goods, including compliance with specifications and integrity standards.
• managing non-conformities through Root Cause Analysis, overseeing corrective actions completion, and evaluating their effectiveness.
• ensuring the proper application of Management of Change processes.
• facilitating the introduction of new products on-site.
• ensuring the QC laboratory operates according to Company standards and prescribed test methods.
• exercising cost control according to budget, proposing yearly budgets, and developing capital plans for the QC area.
• ensuring the safe operation of the QC laboratory.
• managing and providing support to the QC team.
• liaising with Regional and Corporate QA for key initiatives and projects.
