We at Coforge are seeking for Automation Test Engineer with following skills;
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute multi‑layer test strategies (unit, API, integration, E2E).
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, and API automation tools.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with parallel and sharded execution.
- Validate ETL pipelines, reporting workflows, and ensure robust test data management.
- Stabilize legacy automation suites and lead migration to modern frameworks.
- Drive RCA, reduce test flakiness, and enhance test reliability.
- Mentor QA and engineering teams on automation best practices and testability.
- Publish quality metrics, reports, and trend insights for stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in QA/Test Automation with strong framework development experience.
- Expertise in Playwright or Selenium; solid understanding of test architecture.
- Strong API testing using Postman/Newman, REST Assured, or k6.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or C#, and scripting in PowerShell/Bash.
- Hands‑on CI/CD automation integration (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
- Practical SQL skills for diagnostics, validation, and test data setup.
- Experience with ETL (SSIS) and reporting (SSRS) testing.
- Strong debugging, observability, and log analysis capabilities.
- English B2 for effective communication and documentation.
