Project information:

• Location: 100% remote
• Type of employment: B2B contract
• Remuneration: 110 PLN/hour net + VAT
• Project language: German + English

Responsibilitites:

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for documentation related to: Laptops / Workstations, Microsoft Defender & Mail Security, Microsoft 365 Platform, Mobile Device Management, Automation & Software Packaging
• Review and validate technical documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity and completeness
• Work closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure knowledge is transferred effectively and supports seamless service transition

• Own the quality assurance process for knowledge content used during transition and delivery

• Organize and maintain the knowledge platform ensuring consistency, structure and easy accessibility

• Coordinate and perform handover to delivery teams, ensuring readiness based on approved documentation

• Contribute to and maintain a digital content strategy aligned with business and technical requirements

• Support training material development as needed to ensure understanding of transitioned services

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and German - both written and verbal communication

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management in IT or technical environments

• Solid background in technical writing and knowledge content development

• Experience with training delivery and content organization strategies

• Familiarity with workplace services, M365, security and endpoint management

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and QA processes
