Mid / Senior Software Tester

Tom&Co. LTD.

Location: Katowice

MUST BE BASED IN POLAND TO APPLY - HYBRID ROLE.

Who we are?

We are a fast-growing agency looking for a superstar Quality Assurance Tester (Mid/Senior-level) for our branch in Katowice (Tom&Co) with proven e-commerce experience, who can take charge of the role and show us how it is done.

Our client portfolio includes well-known brands such as Topps Tiles, Oliver Bonas, RHS, and Agent Provocateur with many more clients across various sectors including Fashion, Homeware, Luxury, Gifting, Outdoors, Food, and Charity. Your Responsibilities:

• Testing new and existing website functionalities in close collaboration with the development team.
• Leading the Quality Assurance team of 3-4 other QAs.
• Ensuring that Quality is kept up to date and on the highest possible level.
• Reporting bugs using project management tools.
• Supervising the implementation of company projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience with E-commerce testing.
• At least 2+ proven years of experience in the QA / Testing field.
• Strong knowledge of Manual test execution and API testing.
• Strong experience related to integration testing, acceptance testing, and system testing.
• Experience and knowledge of tools such as Jira, Postman, Confluence, Chrome DevTools, Database tools.
• Knowledge of the proper Testing process, writing Test Cases, and executing them.
• Knowledge of Exploratory Testing - executing, implementing, and summarizing.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to tackle new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to task completion.
• Strong team player.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Polish.

Location

We have fully embraced the flexibility of hybrid work, although whilst you are training we would like to meet three times per week in our stylish office in the heart of Katowice. After three months, you will be required to come in once per week which is our standard rule for the office.
