Quality Analyst with German

Your responsibilities

Perform daily quality checks on the required number of samples for the team analysts across various processes.
Complete the required number of quality checks per analyst per month within the SLA period.
Perform additional quality checks for the analysts/team basis the performance and various other factors.
Identify the areas of improvement for the analysts/team and propose actionable improvements.
Foster a culture of improvement and quality awareness in the team.
Collaborate with various teams as a part of QA role and activity.
Assist the Team manager in achieving specific quality goals for the team or process.
Adapt to learn and implement various methodologies of quality analysis.
Recommend, implement and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality standards are achieved.

Our requirements

Overall 5+ years of experience in banking and financial services domain.
Minimum of 6+ months of experience in Claims / Account & Customer Data processes.
Excellent English and German language skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify minor issues that could lead to significant problems.
Flexible to learn other processes/markets as needed.
Ability to communicate the errors and provide necessary coaching as needed.
Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new processes (including the other line of businesses and markets).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Strong interpersonal, Team collaboration, coordination skills.
Ability to Train the team/new joiners as needed.
Ability to think out of the box & acceptable action plans to stabilize the quality of individuals or team as needed.
Ability to solve complex and edge cases to demonstrate "lead by example" mindset.
