Job Overview

The Quality Administrator will support the Delivery Excellence Team in delivering effective quality management through development of systems, processes, procedures, training, assurance/control measures, customer feedback mechanisms, corrective and preventive action, assessment and audit, measurement and analysis, and continual improvement. The role will operate across our portfolio of Transportation projects and requires a significant attention to detail.

Your Responsibilities

  • Work closely with General Managers, Design Managers, DTLs, Framework Support Managers (including the Framework Quality Manager) and clients to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Manage quality issues by:
    • Investigating root causes
    • Creating and implementing corrective action plans
    • Embedding lessons learned across projects within agreed timelines
  • Support monthly submissions by:
    • Collecting information for the client’s Collaborative Performance Framework (CPF) and Skills Development Framework (SDF) commitments
    • Uploading data to the client portal on time
    • Recording and sharing updates with management as part of review and approval processes
  • Prepare monthly quality reports for the central region and organize quarterly quality meetings between the client’s Quality Team and senior management.
  • Liaise with Client Quality Managers every two weeks to ensure expectations are met and communication remains clear.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and capture lessons learned, working with DTLs to include these in design manuals and technical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records in systems such as ProjectWise, SharePoint, Intelex, and National Highways’ SharePoint.
  • Support the Competency/Induction App by coordinating with GIS to ensure access to induction documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related technical/quality discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design quality, quality systems, document control, or business process management
  • Advanced English (B2+), strong verbal and written communication
  • Understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and project delivery processes
  • Skilled in data management, filing, records control, and accurate information processing
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Forms, and interest in automation/app development (e.g., Power Apps) would be a strong asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work in multi‑disciplinary, international teams and interact at all levels
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and accurate
  • Strong problem‑solving skills: root cause analysis, error correction, process improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under time pressure, effective planning and time management
