Qlik Replicate Administrator (relocation support) (f/m/x)

We’re looking for an experienced Qlik Replicate Administrator to design and manage real‑time data replication pipelines using Qlik Replicate and Qlik Cloud Data Integration (QCDI). You’ll work with various data sources and cloud platforms to ensure fast, reliable, and secure data flow across the organization.

The project includes hybrid work at the client’s office in Wrocław (2 days per week), and we provide support for relocation from other cities in Poland to Wrocław.

• Build and manage data replication pipelines using Qlik Replicate and QCDI
• Configure real‑time data streaming from databases like SQL Server, Oracle, Db2, and PostgreSQL
• Implement and maintain Change Data Capture (CDC) for cloud targets such as AWS and Snowflake
• Optimize and automate ETL workflows for better performance and scalability
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure high data quality and reliability
• Support testing and deployment of data replication solutions
• Maintain clear documentation and data mappings between source and target systems
• Work closely with data architects and DBAs to improve data flow and performance
• Ensure data replication aligns with security and compliance standards

Requirements

• Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week on‑site at the client’s office in Wrocław)
• At least 5 years of experience in data engineering or integration
• Strong hands‑on experience with Qlik Replicate and QCDI
• Good understanding of CDC, ETL, and data replication concepts
• Experience with AWS cloud and major databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Db2, PostgreSQL)
• Understanding of data architecture, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
• Experience with data governance and security practices
• Fluent English — able to communicate freely in an international work environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent communication, and teamwork abilities

Location: Wrocław (hybrid model, 2 days per week on‑site); relocation support available.
