Your responsibilities

  • Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner meetings and business reviews).
  • Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Track and report performance metrics, build plans to enhance them.
  • Drive data-backed decision-making - investigate underperforming campaigns, identify sales trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (Average Order Value, Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling).
  • Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation.
  • Get feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvements.
  • Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.

Our requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management and/or Business Consultancy - you’re comfortable reaching out to partners, making calls, and pitching solutions.
  • Strategic thinking - you don’t just manage partners; you help them grow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - you understand complex client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills - you know how to influence and build long-term relationships.
  • You’re comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up environment.
  • You have Polish proficiency and a very good command of English.

Be a key role in developing the Q Commerce Specialties Vertical in Poland. Specialties are grocery stores that focus on selling a specific category or type of grocery item.
