• The QAD Developer is responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, and supporting QAD ERP applications to meet business needs. This role works closely with functional analysts, business users, and technical teams to design and deliver scalable solutions that support manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operations.

• Develop, customize, and maintain QAD ERP solutions using Progress 4GL / OpenEdge
• Design and enhance QAD forms, reports, interfaces, and extensions
• Support QAD modules such as Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, MRP, AIM and Quality
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, performance problems, and defects
• Develop and maintain integrations between QAD and third-party systems (EDI, MES, WMS, PLM, etc.)
• Knowladge of the regulatory QAD package JPK, KSeF
• Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations
• Create and maintain technical documentation and coding standards
• Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT
• Provide ongoing production support and issue resolution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ERP processes and system efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required
• 3+ years of experience developing in QAD ERP
• Strong proficiency in Progress 4GL / OpenEdge
• Knowledge of C++ or C# will be an additional advantage
• Experience with QAD frameworks, menus, and data structures
• Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain business processes
• Experience with reports, forms, and custom programs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
