As content quality analyst, you’ll work closely with content reviewers, operations leads and account strategists. To succeed in this role you should ideally have a previous experience in content moderation area and excellent time management and communication skills as you will collaborate with agents and team leads to deliver results on strict deadlines, review key responsibilities and provide feedback to a team of content writers.

- Proven experience in providing Quality Assurance/Training support in BPO environment.
- Very good command of German language and English language (at least C1)
- Analytically-minded, logical thinker with strong problem solving skills and ability to identify process gaps and areas for improvement.
- Very good communication skills – ability to build effective relationships at all levels
