As a QA Tester, you will play a pivotal role in the development cycle of our apps. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing quality assurance of our products and services, ensuring seamless operation and customer satisfaction.

responsibilities :

Conduct manual testing, acceptance testing and regression testing of our mobile apps.
Verification and validation of releases with accordance to regulatory procedures (we provide regulatory training).
Write test plans, test cases and other documentation in compliance with our ISO13485 Quality Management System.
Perform manual and functional testing of our web services.
Collaborate closely with our customer service teams to provide synthesized reporting on bugs and issues.

requirements-expected :

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies, knowledge of ISTQB certification fundamentals or equivalent industry-standard QA practices.
Familiarity with project tracking and issue management platforms, including but not limited to Jira, Azure DevOps, and IT service management systems.
Knowledge of API and UI testing tools (Postman/Swagger/Chrome Dev Tools).
High level of initiative and strong organizational skills.
Fluency in Polish is required.
Communicative in English.
