Coldrun is a software engineering company specialized in Node.js, .NET, Vue, Angular & React—helping startups and enterprises build, scale, and modernize digital products. As a partner of an innovative tech company from the United States, we are looking to expand our team with a QA Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough API testing, leveraging tools like Postman and Cypress, demonstrating a deep understanding of RESTful design principles and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project requirements and quality expectations.
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications.
- Participate in the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines to facilitate smooth and efficient software development and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify, document, and verify software defects, as well as to confirm defect resolutions.
- Contribute insights and suggestions to enhance QA processes, methodologies, and overall product quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in the realm of software testing and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on performance and API testing.
- Strong grasp of RESTful API design principles and proven experience in manual API testing using tools such as Postman and Cypress.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and a willingness to contribute to the design and enhancement of pipelines.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being capable of working independently.
Nice to Have
- Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization.
- Enthusiasm for staying updated with the latest advancements in web technologies and QA trends.
