Warsaw-based opportunity with hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office)
responsibilities :
Design, plan, and execute automated and manual test cases for custom applications
Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Azure Cloud)
Take ownership of Application IT Management tasks including environment coordination, release support, incident analysis, and lifecycle improvements
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and internal customers to refine requirements and optimize application quality and performance
Monitor application health and support operational readiness across environments
Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and application management practices
Support smooth deployment processes and continuous integration initiatives
Document and report test results, incidents, and system issues
Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging testing tools
requirements-expected :
Strong experience in software testing, including test design, execution, defect management, and automation (Java-based frameworks, Selenium, Cypress, or similar)
Experience or interest in Application IT Management, including release processes, incident handling, and environment coordination
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker), and modern development ecosystems
Basic development experience in Java or similar languages
Autonomous, structured, and quality-focused work approach
Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
