What Will You Do?

o Responsible for all test phases – unit, system, integration and functional testing & acceptance

o Ensure that all required testing deliverables are created including testing approach, scenarios, conditions and expected results, test scripts and testing control sheets

o Execute formal review cycles including informal review, formal review, testing sign-off and quality assurance review

o Engage and collaborate with all relevant stakeholders including service transition and operations and secure the requisite sign-offs

o Facilitate automated testing throughout the test lifecycle, embed risk based testing and reuse of test scripts

o Manage test environment and test data

Required skills

Experience:

• Proven experience as a QA Test Analyst with 2-3 years of experience a strong focus on both manual and automated testing.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, SQL Server, Azure DevOps) and Databricks (Apache Spark, Delta Lake).
• Experience testing in Azure DevOps and working with tools like Test Plans, Test Cases, and CI/CD pipelines.

Skills:

• Strong experience with manual testing and creating test documentation (test cases, scenarios, scripts).
• Proficiency in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Rest Assured, and experience with API testing.
• Familiarity with big data testing using Databricks and Apache Spark.
• Experience with performance testing (e.g., JMeter).
• Knowledge of BDD (Behavior Driven Development) using tools like Cucumber or SpecFlow.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for database testing and validation.
