Grape Up undertakes projects for the worlds largest industries, providing innovative solutions and large-scale applications. We are currently looking for a QA Technical Leader for a project in the financial sector, which involves a range of testing types, including automated and performance testing. Join us to co-create this application.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop the application with developers, with a strong focus on maintaining and enhancing quality,
• Develop, implementing, and improving test strategies,
• Enhance the testing process by incorporating new techniques, tools, and practices for better efficiency and effectiveness, and providing technical mentorship to the team of around 10+ team members,
• Collaborate with project team members (PMs, QM, TLs) and the customer to continuously identify, resolve, and monitor quality issues,
• Perform manual and automated tests to ensure the correctness and reliability of products,
• Represent QA interests at client meetings,
• Participate in the recruitment process of QA testers.

Requirements

• Experience in a technical leadership position,
• Experience as a Quality Consultant/ Quality Assurance/ Tester or similar roles 5+ years,
• Strong experience in hands-on test automation (4+ years) with a focus on web applications (e.g. Python + Selenium, Playwright)
• Extensive experience in various types of tests, including performance (preferable Artillery.io) and security testing,
• Strong knowledge of testing, test processes, and tools,
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and agile,
• Resilience to stress and openness to new directions and challenges,
• Attention to detail, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Communicative English – necessary for effective collaboration with a client from the US,
• Troubleshooting skills,
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team,
• A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication,
• Technically oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic with extreme attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience in automotive and AI projects will be an asset
