For our Client, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
QA Tech Lead
Location: hybrid work in Warsaw – 2 day per week in the office
Branch: project in the financial services industry,
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: Initial contract 3-6 months, with possible extension after 6 months
Rate: 120-150 PLN/h
Start date: ASAP, max notice period ~1 month
Working hours: Business hours
Remote work: hybrid – 2-3 days a week working from the office
Methodology: Agile
Main technologies:
Java, SQL, UATs, Selenium
Team:
The Client currently building self-governing teams in Warsaw to support our customer in development of a new project within the financial services area. We are looking for proficient QA Tech Lead.
Key requirements:
- Acting as a Tech lead of QA,
- Involvement in test planning, creating test scenarios and documentation writing.
- Java transformations and SQL queries, providing test evaluation summaries and reporting.
- Supporting the business during UATs
Other requirements:
- Core Java Experience
- Expert in Selenium
- Test automation is a must have skill as our strategic plan is to achieve 100% automation.
- Experience working with Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
- Writing, executing, and monitoring automated test suites.
- Able to work independently and work on multiple solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English are must
- Polish B2 level
