We are looking for a skilled QA Team Lead with strong software and hardware testing skills . You will coordinate and supervise all QA activities in the company (hardware and software), co-create QA standards and processes, collaborate cross-functionally with the entire organization and external vendors to ensure the best results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate internal and external activities in the QA function, in close collaboration with external vendors
• Ensuring optimal processes, good communication with all stakeholders and delivering expected business results
• Procuring manual and automated (50/50) tests on the mobile, backend, and SmartHub side
• Writing automated tests and finding areas for automation for our components
• Collaborating actively with our international and distributed teams
• Executing and improving testing procedures and protocols to ensure the best solutions for our end users

REQUIREMENTS

• Several years of experience coordinating QA activities in the hardware and software industry
• Experience coordinating external vendors
• Experience working in an international interdisciplinary team
• Minimum 5 years of active experience as a QA Engineer
• Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in Python
• Excellent communication skills with working proficiency in English (C2)
• Experience in API, Mobile & Web testing
• Knowledge about STLC, SDLC
• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies
• Experience working on Agile projects
• Strong logical/analytical skills

NICE TO HAVE

• Any experience in Flutter
• Any experience in Go
• Degree in Electrical/Technical Engineering or related field
• IoT experience
• ISTQB or equivalent certification
• Any experience in Selenium
• Any experience in TestRail
