responsibilities :
Creating and maintaining automated tests using Cypress
Preparing and presenting comprehensive test result reports
Mentoring and supporting QA team members
Implementing and promoting best practices in quality assurance
Continuously improving testing processes and strategies
Coordinating the execution of both manual and automated test plans
Ensuring the quality of the applications user interface (UI)
Collaborating closely with the development and broader QA teams
Driving improvements in testing processes and tools
requirements-expected :
A minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing, including at minimum 1 years in a leadership role (even informal)
Proficiency in both manual and automated testing, with knowledge of tools like Cypress and Postman
Experience in creating and managing test documentation
The ability to write and execute SQL queries
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies like Scrum
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Proven experience in team management, including delegating, motivating, and developing people
Expertise in Page Object Pattern for test automation
Knowledge of version control systems like GIT
Experience with CI/CD processes and tools
