We are supporting Gap inşaat – one of the leading general contractors – in recruiting for the position of Qa / Qc inspector - hydrotechnical works to join a nationally strategic project: the construction of the FSRU terminal, one of the key energy investments in the region, to be built in Gdańsk.

Your tasks
- conduct inspections and quality checks for all hydrotechnical works in accordance with the contract specifications, drawings, and quality standards
- monitor compliance with the approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and QA/QC Procedures
- verify that materials, workmanship, and installation activities comply with the contract and applicable codes (e.g., ISO, EN, PN)
- witness and review site testing activities (e.g., compaction, concrete, waterproofing, grouting, rebar installation)
- identify and report non-conformances (NCRs), propose corrective actions, and ensure proper follow-up and closure
- ensure all documentation is recorded and traceable (checklists, test reports, calibration, material certificates)
- coordinate with the Employer’s Engineer and third-party inspectors for quality-related inspections and approval
Assist in maintaining the project Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure continual improvement.
Support audits and quality reviews as per contract and internal schedules.

What we expect
- degree in Civil, Structural, or Marine Engineering.
- minimum 5 years of experience in hydrotechnical works, including steel pipe pile driving
- experience in working with technical documentation, specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, construction standards and laws
- ability to identify non-conformities and assess the quality of work performed
- ability to prepare reports and documentation of quality control
- excellent knowledge of the Polish language
- very good knowledge of English is essential for communication with international teams
- driving license cat B
