About the project

In Cyclad we work with top international IT companies in order to boost their potential in delivering outstanding, cutting-edge technologies that shape the world of the future. We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our client, a leading company in consulting and digital transformation.

Project information:

• Location: Wroclaw, Poland

• Work Setup: Hybrid – 2 days/week in the office

• Rate: 150 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B contract)

• Project Duration: 09.2025 - 12.2025 (possibility of extension)

• Languages: English (B2+ Required)

• Start date: ASAP / depending on candidate availability

• Tech Stack: Cypress (JavaScript/TypeScript), Cucumber, GitHub Actions, GraphQL

Your responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain an advanced test automation framework using Playwright (JavaScript or TypeScript)
  • Build scalable, maintainable, and stable UI tests covering core business workflows
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor their reliability
  • Optimize test coverage and execution time
  • Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and DevOps in an Agile setup
  • Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
  • Analyze test results and raise quality improvement suggestions when necessary

Our requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in test automation, with 2+ years hands-on experience in Playwright
  • Expert-level knowledge of Playwright for UI and end-to-end testing
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar).
  • Experience designing and scaling test automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in complex technical environments.
  • Good communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).

such data shall result in lack of possibility to include the Application in the recruitment processes conducted by the Company.
The candidate has the right to access and rectify the contents of their data, remove such data, limit its processing, transfer such data, submit objection to the processing and revoke the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing conducted under such consent before it was
withdrawn. The candidate also has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection when they consider the processing of their personal data to be a violation of the provisions of the GDPR.
