Position: We’re currently looking for a candidate for our client in the research in the field of biotechnology industry.
Candidate’s workplace: remote / hybrid from Wrocław - ad hoc, if needed (e.g., conducting UATs)
Salary offered
- up to 20 000 PLN gross/month on employment contract (depending on your experience)
- up to 1400 B2B/MD on B2B contract (depending on your experience)
You will be successful in this role if:
- You have 5+ years of experience in Testing / QA, including senior leadership roles.
- You have proven experience in at least one full SAP S/4HANA migration or large SAP transformation.
- You have strong understanding of:
- SAP end-to-end business processes
- Integration testing in complex landscapes
- Data migration validation
- Cutover and go-live readiness
- You have hands‑on defect management experience (not only reporting).
- You have experience leading global / distributed test teams.
Tasks waiting for you:
- Own the end-to-end QA and Testing Strategy for the S/4HANA migration (SIT, UAT, regression, cutover).
- Act as a single point of accountability for Quality across all project streams.
- Challenge solution designs and delivery approaches from a quality, risk, and testability perspective.
- Ensure test coverage across business‑critical processes (Finance, Logistics, SD, MM, PP, WM/EWM, etc., depending on scope).
- Lead test planning, estimation, environments, and defect governance.
- Provide clear, factual quality reporting to senior management and steering committees.
- Proactively identify and escape delivery risks related to quality, data, integrations, and cutover readiness.
- Align and coordinate multiple test teams, vendors, and system integrators.
- Act as a trusted QA advisor for Program Management, Stream Leads, and Business Owners.
