We are seeking an QA Lead Engineer for Balyasny Asset Management (B.A.M.) who is a global institutional investment firm that is opening its first office in Poland, precisely in Warsaw.
responsibilities :
Testing: Develop thorough test plans, detect bugs, and improve usability.
Collaboration: Align visions, translate business needs, and mentor peers.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated, address risks, and enhance testing practices.
Automation and Sharing: Automate testing, share knowledge, and educate team.
requirements-expected :
5+ years in software QA, consistently improving application quality
2+ years coding in Python/C#, adept at crafting robust scripts
Past experience in Financial industry, exposure to hedge fund trading systems and financial products
Proficiency with Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, Test Complete, and their ilk, with aspirations to harmonise automation with CI workflows
Skilled in Git, TFS, Mercurial, SVN for efficient QA management
