We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of performance testing: from executing and optimizing existing test suites to designing new tests for evolving non-functional requirements. You’ll be shaping performance strategies, analyzing results, and mentoring others — all while working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment where your insights truly matter.

✅ Your responsibilities:
Designing and evolving performance testing strategy .
Creating and maintaining performance test suites .
Executing performance tests using JMeter with Groovy .
Optimizing and refactoring existing solutions.
Mentoring and supporting other QA team members in tools, automation, and standards.
Implementing QA processes within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS CodeBuild).
Collaborating with business stakeholders and international teams.
Working within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodology.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in QA Engineering, including at least 2 years in performance testing roles .
Proven experience in designing and implementing test strategies for complex systems.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) is highly valued.
Practical knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, and API testing .
Hands-on experience with tools such as JMeter , Datadog , Jenkins , GitHub Workflows .
Proficiency in English (minimum B2/C1 ).
QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB Advanced ) are a strong plus.
Experience working in Agile/SAFe and international team environments.
Willingness to travel for business up to once per quarter .
