We are looking for an experienced QA to act as a mentor and team leader, supporting the development of testers, automating UI tests, and assisting the team with day-to-day tasks.

• Minimum 3 years managing large IT teams (must)
• Solid background in manual testing
• Knowledge of at least one programming language or automation tool (Java, Selenium, Playwright, Postman)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD and version control systems (GitLab/GitHub
• Strong grasp of testing methodologies and tools
• Proven experience in UI test automation (Playwright, TypeScript) and API testing
• Proficient with version control systems (Git / SVN)
• Skilled in test and team management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Practical experience in performance/load testing (Gatling, Java)
• Basic understanding of databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL)
• Ability to mentor and support team development
