We are seeking a proactive QA Lead/Test Coordinator to lead and manage testing activities across 3 Scrum teams engaged in building a new loyalty platform, focusing on efficient test planning, coordination, and execution, particularly during the End-to-End (E2E) phase. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement a standardized testing approach and support decision-making processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Your tasks

• Manage test planning and execution, especially in the E2E phase
• Guide integration and automated test case creation
• Drive and standardize the organizational testing strategy
• Ensure clear communication of testing approaches to stakeholders
• Oversee all testing activities, including bug tracking and fixes
• Introduce and advocate for testing tools that meet team requirements
• Review and analyze test results to provide balanced evaluations
• Assist in E2E testing when necessary

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of Quality Assurance expertise
• Strong, hands-on experience in API/backend testing
• Experience in test coordination, team leading or similar roles
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Solid analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Very good English and Polish skills
• Residing in Poland required
