,[How youll make an impact, Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies based on business requirements and solution designs. , Design and develop functional and non-functional test cases to ensure high-quality software deliveries. , Conduct software testing, including automated tests, performance testing, and manual testing. , Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to improve release quality. , Use test management tools such as Zephyr Scale and Azure DevOps to manage and report testing progress. , Collaborate with developers to identify, investigate, and resolve issues found during testing. , Gain domain knowledge to support full product lifecycle development and contribute to continuous improvement. , Actively participate in Agile development processes and promote best practices in software testing. , Mentor team members and advocate for quality assurance principles across the organization.
