Join a team working on complex internal systems to support daily operations in a financial, stock market related environment. Client operates regulated exchanges in Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, and Portugal. The mission involves implementing automated tests focused on Technical aspects such as Performance, Capacity, and High Availability.
The ideal candidate should have a mindset oriented towards automated test design and aim to streamline and automate the testing workflow as much as possible.
You will be responsible for ensuring comprehensive test plan coverage from a technical standpoint, as well as executing, monitoring, and reporting on tests that address a range of Non-Functional Requirements.
responsibilities :
Test Case Creation: Ability to design detailed, reproducible, and scalable performance test cases
Planning: Define test objectives, KPIs, workloads, and scenarios aligned with business goals
Execution: Run performance tests across distributed systems
Reporting: Strong documentation skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Generate comprehensive reports with metrics, analysis, and recommendations for improvements
requirements-expected :
5+ years in test automation with a strong focus on performance and load testing
Strong technical skills and experience with tools
Jmeter experience (k6 - nice to have)
Proficiency in Java for developing custom scripts, plugins, or integrations
CI/CD integration for automated performance testing pipelines
Containerized environments (Docker)
Strong understanding and testing experience with messaging middleware, such as: ActiveMQ, IBM MQ, Apache Kafka
Fluent in English; strong communication skills
Strong analytical mindset with a test design–oriented approach
Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across teams to improve QA practices
