As IDEMIA QA you will be an integral part of a growing team focused on building, testing, scaling and operationalizing the service to meet growing customer demand. You will work with other teams in the organization to define and realize site reliability and performance, deployment automation processes, tools and techniques, system monitoring and capacity planning.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to apply systematic approaches to solve problems with a sense of ownership and focus. Ideally, the QR candidate will have a mix of software and systems engineering skills and be knowledgeable and proficient across the technology stack. The QR role requires the candidate be comfortable with taking on new engineering challenges, analyzing and defining potential solutions while contributing both as an individual in potentially specialized roles and within a team environment.

Digital Identity covers cases like transfer of your drivers license, id, passport and any other document to your mobile device in digitalized form. Apart from document provisioning, we work on document proofing, verification solutions, and many other digital identity-related use-cases.
responsibilities :
implement the QA strategy for the programs lifecycle
maintain QA processes, ensuring all testing activities meet project goals and quality standards
implement test strategies for functional, regression, and non-functional testing, including load, performance, security, and usability testing.
collaborate with programs, development, SRE, L1 teams to define and understand feature requirements and acceptance criteria.
develop, implement, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts to enhance efficiency in regression testing
evaluate and recommend tools, processes, and best practices to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
document test plans, test cases, defect reports, and other QA-related documentation
requirements-expected :
Demonstrated experience with both manual and automated testing across diverse technology stacks
Experience with test automation tools
Experience with scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, integrating automated tests into the deployment pipeline
Working knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing principles
Ability to quickly diagnose and troubleshoot issues and collaborate with developers for fast resolutions
Excellent communication skills to articulate test strategies, bugs, and QA improvements to technical and non-technical stakeholders
