Responsibilities

1. Implement the Agile approach to testing within our suite of track and trace products.
2. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to execute Test Plans for new and existing projects.
3. Carry out testing efforts for various engagements, ensuring thorough test coverage.
4. Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to ensure that testing aligns with the companys strategic direction.
5. Hands-on experience in Test Automation is desirable, especially in supporting release on demand.
6. Understand and utilize CI/CD concepts and test/build pipelines.
7. Assist in setting up and maintaining the test environment for the Digital domain.
8. Enhance testing efficiency throughout the supply chain by identifying opportunities to reduce costs and increase automation usage.

1. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar QA Engineer position.
2. Experience within Enterprise systems and mobile apps.
3. Stakeholder Management across varying management layers.
4. Experience in fast-paced delivery environments with competing priorities.
5. Experience of Agile Methodologies.
6. Well-versed with QA metrics and SLAs.
7. Self-directed and highly adaptive to changing priorities.
8. Knowledge of SQL for database querying and validation.
9. Experience with API testing.
10. Familiarity with C#, Python, and SpecFlow.

1. At least 5 years of experience in test management development.
2. Proven ability to work effectively in large teams.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Methodical approach, adaptability, quick learning ability, independence, and strong teamwork skills.
