Job Title: QA Engineer

The job

The QA engineer will join Caneco Electrical agile team to contribute Caneco Electrical features validation.

Caneco products are specialized in electrical calculations for buildings. Caneco Electrical is a new cloud product that helps our customers to design, size and validate electrical installations.

Key responsibilities

1. Understand the application, its architecture and business domain
2. Contribute to feature testing by creating automated (preferred) or manual tests
3. Contribute to regression and end to end test coverage
4. Contribute to effort estimates and acceptance criteria definition with the product owner and the rest of the team
5. Implement and run tests
6. Former experience with test automation tools (Cucumber, Selenium, Postman, RotFwk....) or automation through scripts (python)
7. Knowledge of CI/CD practices
8. 1+ years of experience as QA engineer
9. English (B1+ or higher)

Desired skills and competencies

1. Autonomy and curiosity
2. Eager to discover electrical business domain

Certification

- ISTQB certification would be a plus
